More than 2,000 cyclists and their teams will need private camping or private residences to stay when they arrive in Sioux City on July 17-18 for the 43rd RAGBRAI.

The ride across Iowa takes riders from town to town, staying in overnight host towns along the way. However, many riders prefer to stay in private homes or on private property. Hosting a space for RAGBRAI gives the property owner a unique opportunity to meet people from around the United States or even from around the world.

The Sioux City RAGBRAI housing committee is looking for Volunteers to host a person/group in their home or to provide space for a tent, motorhome or RV. Hosts are not required to entertain, feed, or transport riders. The committee does request that hosts provide toilet facilities, shower, and space to sleep. RAGBRAI hosts are not allowed to charge for accommodations.

All of the vehicles and individuals who will be staying with the host are required to have a valid RAGBRAI numbered wristband or vehicle ID.
