More than 25,000 cyclists will depart Sioux City Sunday, July 23 for the 50th annual Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa® (RAGBRAI). A recommended route has been identified by the Sioux City RAGBRAI Public Safety committee.
Homeowners and business owners along the departure route are encouraged to decorate signs and line the streets to wish cyclists well as they depart Sioux City on Sunday morning, July 23.
RAGBRAI riders will dip their back tire in the Missouri River at the public boat ramp located along Larsen Park Road and head north on Hamilton Boulevard. Riders will then go east along Outer Drive, turn on to 41st Street and ride east to Floyd Boulevard. They will then travel north on Floyd Blvd. through the Leeds neighborhood to 46th Street and head east out of town on Highway D12.

I need parking for only Saturday and Sunday night in Sioux City. I will drive myself to Sioux City and my wife will pick up the car on Monday 7/24. I presume I will not need to pay the weeklong parking rate. What rate will be charged for just two days?
Parking ramps are free on saturday and sunday. There are three parking rams, downtown snecessity

I live in a mobile home in South Sioux City, a few minutes away from the river. You can park a vehicle in my driveway at no charge.

If the City hadn’t closed off the second entrance to the Riverfront, they could have just taken Floyd, from the beginning. 🙁
Make sure you stop and piss in the parking lot at North High School for me on your way by.
We will be leaving from country club Boulevard and are trying to find out if Hamilton Boulevard will still be accessible for south bound RV support traffic?
